📄️ Create your first job
On the planner page, click on the "Add New Job" button.
📄️ Assign a date
Assigning a date is optional, if you don't add one it won't appear on the planner.
📄️ Add a customer
If a customer exists you can assign them at this stage. If not you can add a new customer and vehicle which we will do now.
📄️ Add a vehicle
If you are in the Uk you can use our automated vehicle lookup to find the vehicle details by entering the registration number.
📄️ Add a technician
You can assign a technician to the job if you wish. Or they can assign themselves from the pool of all jobs within the Techview
📄️ Add tasks
Tasks are a fundamental part of Workauto. They allow you to break down a job into smaller, manageable parts. You can add as many tasks as you need to a job.
