How to open the techview
Click on Techview in the Navbar to open the techview.
Login to techview
To log in to Techview, you will need a login pin. This pin can be found in the main Workauto application.
View today's jobs in techview
When you log in to techview, you will see a list of today's jobs. You can click on a job to bring up the full ist of tasks for that job.
View a specific job in techview
When you have clicked on a job from the list of today's jobs, you will see the full list of tasks for that job.
How to time jobs
We recommend using the timelogs to record the time logged on a job.
Classify jobs by their status
It's really important to keep job statuses up to date. TechView filters jobs by status, so if a technician forgets to update a status, jobs can disappear from the wrong view or appear where they shouldn't.
