Find the vehicle

MOT and service reminders are set per vehicle, not per customer. To add them, open the customer's profile and go to the Vehicles tab.

Find the vehicle you want to add reminders for and click the edit icon to open the vehicle details.

The customer must have a valid email address for reminders to be sent. You can check or add this in the customer's profile.
