Report types

Jobs Completed Report

A summary of all completed jobs within your chosen date range. Shows job reference, customer name, vehicle registration, estimated time, logged time, and the difference between the two. Use this to track how accurately jobs are being estimated and how much time technicians are spending per job.

Filter by date range and technician to focus on specific periods or team members.

Jobs In Progress Report

An up-to-date view of jobs that are not yet complete but have time logged against them. Useful for monitoring larger jobs that span a significant period of time, so you can check progress without opening each job individually.

Jobs Not Invoiced Report

Shows all completed jobs that have not yet been invoiced, within a specified date range. Use this regularly to make sure no completed work is slipping through without being billed.

Unbillable Time Report

A breakdown of all unbillable time recorded by technicians, including the activity type (e.g. Car Logistics, Break Time) and duration. Helps you understand how much workshop time is being spent on non-billable activities and identify areas for improvement.

Reminders Report

Shows all MOT and service reminders in the system. By default it displays reminders sent this month, but you can adjust the date filter to any range. Use the toggle at the top to also include reminders that have not yet been sent.
