Record unbillable time

Not all of a technician's time in the workshop is spent on a billable job. Use the "Unbillable Time" button in the techview to log time spent on activities that can't be billed to a customer.

Click "Unbillable Time", pick the activity, and enter how long you spent on it.

The activities you can choose from are:

• Car Logistics: Moving vehicles around the workshop or to/from customers.
• Break Time: Time taken for breaks during the workday.
• Road Test: Time spent conducting road tests for vehicles.
• Training: Time spent on training or professional development.
• Cleaning: Time spent cleaning the workshop or vehicles.
• Engineering: Time spent on engineering tasks that are not billable to the customer.

Made a mistake, or need to update an entry? Click "Manage Unbillable Time" to view, edit, or delete existing entries.

Unbillable time is recorded and managed in the techview. You can review it across the workshop using the Unbillable Time Report in the Office view.
