Adding a VHC to a new job

Workauto supports two types of vehicle appraisal: a Vehicle Health Check and a Vehicle Service Check. These can be added to any job that has a customer and vehicle assigned.

You must have a customer and vehicle assigned to the job before the VHC options will appear.

When creating a new job, navigate to the Customer & Vehicle step of the Add Job modal. Once a customer and vehicle are selected, you will see toggle switches for both appraisal types.

Toggle on Vehicle Health Check, Vehicle Service Check, or both depending on what is required for the job. Then click Next to continue creating the job as normal.
