Add a customer
If a customer exists you can assign them at this stage. If not you can add a new customer and vehicle which we will do now.
Click on the "Add Customer" button. If you add an email, then you will be able to send booking confirmations and reminders to the customer. If you add a phone number, you can also send these as SMS text messages instead of, or as well as, email. You will also be able to assign MOT and Service reminders to any vehicles that you add to the customer.
Always add an email address and phone number if you have one — it enables booking confirmation and reminder messages by email and SMS, plus MOT/service reminders on their vehicles.
Adding a vehicle is optional, you can have a job without a vehicle if you wish. Customers can have as many vehicles as you like. We'll add a vehicle for this customer now.
