Here you can find a glossary of terms/concepts used in workauto related to customers.

Customer​

A customer is an individual or business that receives services from your company. Customers can have multiple vehicles associated with them.

Customer Info​

You can save the customers phone number and email address. You can also save notes about the customer, such as their preferences or any special requirements they may have.

Vehicles​

A vehicle is associated with a customer and contains information about the vehicle, such as its make, model and registration number. A customer can have multiple vehicles associated with them. UK customers can use the DVLA lookup to automatically populate vehicle details.

Customer History​

The customer history is a record of all the jobs that have been completed for a customer. You can view this in the customer profile under Customer History.
