Reference Glossary Reports
Here you can find a glossary of terms/concepts used in workauto related to reports.
Reports
Reports are summaries of data that provide insights into various aspects of your business. In workauto, reports can be generated to analyse job performance and technician productivity.
Jobs Completed Report
The Jobs Completed Report provides a summary of all jobs that have been completed within a specified date range. This report includes details such as job reference, customer name, vehicle details, job status, and completion date. It helps you track the number of hours spent on jobs vs the number of hours estimated. You can filter the report by date range and technician to get specific insights.
Jobs Not Invoiced Report
The Jobs Not Invoiced Report provides a summary of all jobs that have been completed but not yet invoiced within a specified date range. This report includes details such as job reference, customer name, vehicle details, job status, and completion date. It helps you identify jobs that need to be invoiced and ensures that you are billing for all completed work.
Unbillable Time Report
The Unbillable Time Report provides a summary of all unbillable time recorded by technicians within a specified date range. This report includes details such as technician name, date, activity type (e.g., Car Logistics, Break Time), and duration of unbillable time. It helps you understand how much time is being spent on non-billable activities and identify areas for improvement.
Reminders Report
The Reminders Report shows all of the reminders that are in the system for your company. The default report is messages that have been sent this month but you can change the date filter to show whatever dates you want and use the switch at the top to include messages not yet sent.
